The straw is super light is called toquilla and is the same straw using in the hand crafting of the finest Panama hats. The women weaving this disks live in the mountains of Montecristi, Ecuador

The delicate embellishment work have been made by me Allie, in my CA studio, using gold filled high quality findings, real Swarovski crystals, real pearls and gold filled findings.
