It is made of hollowed full tagua nuts, shaped like cubes,  and linked to each oher using 8 shape knots , in fake leather.
They have adaptable length. But the yellow/ Pink/ Orange has toggle clasp and is 20" length , it you want it shorter , do not hesitate to ask.
